TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The ownership of Connex Telecommunications Corporation (CTC) has acquired Dyna Lync 2000 Inc (Dyna). CTC is a Canadian national telecommunications provider to large and midsize enterprise customers.
Dyna Lync, founded in 1993, is an information technology services Company that provides IT project management, IT consulting and “Managed Services” offerings to large and mid size enterprise customers. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario Dyna services its clientele nationally across Canada, USA, and the Caribbean. Dyna Lync specializes in PMBOK, ITIL and Six Sigma methodologies for process and project management services. Dyna Lync employs over 45 technologists with technical expertise and certifications in Cisco, Juniper, HP, Huawei and Checkpoint related networking and security technologies. Dyna boasts a large “Managed Services” practice that consists of many PMP certified project managers and Cisco certified CCNA, CCNP and CCIE technologists. Dyna Lync’s customers include The Ontario Government, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Government Services, Expedia Corporation, Global Live, Mayo Clinic, Stefanini Solutions and TTC. Dyna Lync has also partnered with other large system integrators to provide networking solutions to clients such as ING Direct, British American Tobacco, China Telecom, and SunLife Insurance
The acquisition will improve CTC’s ability to design, integrate, implement, and manage telecommunications solutions nationally.
